The Hanna Instruments HI 9126 is a portable meter for measuring the pH, temperature and oxidation reduction potential (ORP) of a substance.
The meter features a large, dual-level LCD screen, with a graphical interface that provides instructions for calibration. Temperature compensation and pH calibration are automatic, with five memorized buffer values (pH 4.01, 6.86, 7.01, 9.18 and 10.01). The meter comes with the HI 1230B combination double-junction, gel-filled pH electrode, and the HI 7662 stainless steel temperature probe with 1 m (3.3') cable. The meter can also be used with ORP electrodes (sold separately).
The HI 9126 has a range of -2.00 to 16.00 pH (+ or - 0.01) and a resolution of 0.01 pH. Temperature range is -20.0 to 120.0 degrees C/-4.0 degrees F to 248.0 degrees F (+ or - 0.4 degrees C / + or - 0.8 degrees F) with a resolution of 0.1 degrees C / 0.1 degrees F. ORP range is + or - 699.9 mV; + or - 1999 mV with accuracy 0.2 mV; + or - 1 mV and resolution 0.1 mV; 1 mV. Input impedance is 1012 Ohm, and the meter operates using three 1.5V AAA batteries which provide approximately 200 hours of continuous use (sold separately).
