This classic Pilsner has a bright gold color, and a distinctive Saaz hop aroma and flavor. This Pilsner is balanced with hop bitterness and malt sweetness. Our ingredients for this recipe include 6 lb. of Muntons Extra Light Dried Malt extract, 2 oz. Munich, 8 oz. Caramel 10L, 3 oz. US Saaz hops, 1 tsp Irish moss, grain bag, priming sugar and yeast. Due to the higher alpha acid level of US Saaz hops, we currently use 3 oz. of hops in this recipe kit. The price has been updated to reflect this change. see details
