The Hanna Instruments HI 1048P is a pH electrode for wine with a double open junction, glass body, spherical tip, clogging preventative collar, Bayonet Neill-Concelman (BNC) plus pin connector, and 1m (3.3') cable. A pH electrode is commonly attached to a pH meter to measure the pH of a substance such as water, food, beer, or wine in lab, industrial, and food applications. This electrode has an open junction that prevents clogging. The 120mm high glass body with 8mm spherical tip has a 10mm diameter clogging preventative collar, which eliminates deposits that can foul the electrode. The electrode can be used in highly corrosive environments and high temperatures. A BNC plus pin connector provides tight cable connections and prevents grounding problems. The electrode comes with a 1m (3.3') coaxial cable.
