The Hanna Instruments HI 1191T is a combination (full-cell) pH electrode with a double polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) junction, glass body, spherical tip, a T-type connector, and operates in pressurized systems. A pH electrode is commonly attached to a pH meter to measure the pH of a substance such as water, food, beer, or wine in lab, industrial, and food applications. This electrode can be used with Hanna electrode holders and assemblies (not included) for in-line and submersion applications with aggressive chemicals such as galvanic applications. The electrode operates in pressurized systems up to 116 psi (8 bar). The PTFE junction reduces sample solution ingress into the reference compartment for longer electrode life. The glass body with spherical tip is for use in highly corrosive environments and high temperatures. The T-type connector includes a screw cap connector to connect a cable and Panzer-Gewinde (PG) 13.5 thread for in-line installation and ease of maintenance.
