The Hanna Instruments FC210B is a food-specific pH electrode with an open junction, glass body, conical tip, viscolene electrolyte, Bayonet Neill-Concelman (BNC) connector, and a 1m (3.3') coaxial cable. A pH electrode is commonly attached to a pH meter to measure the pH of a substance such as water, food, beer, or wine in lab, industrial, and food applications. The open junction of this electrode prevents clogging with milk, yogurt, and creams. The glass body is for use in highly corrosive environments and high temperatures. The 12 x 12mm (H x W) conical tip is for piercing semisolids and food. (H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right.) The viscolene electrolyte provides a fast response. A BNC connector provides tight cable connections. The electrode comes with a 1m (3.3') coaxial cable.
